STEIN-ball check valves are designed as “spherical poppet valves with guided, moving valve element”. All our products are ‘Made in Germany’. That allows us to produce valves in a high quality standard. Special requests can be realised flexible and quickly.
Check Valves
Our check valves can be used versatile. The special design of the ball valve is based by a spherical segment, which guarantees a reduced turbulent flow (cartridge design).
The ball check valves are available until an opening pressure of 2 bar (above 2 bar please see our pressure relief valves) and lock the flow in the opposite way with its metallic sealing up to a maximum pressure of 500 bar.
Her you can find our standard program valves equipped with metric- and whitworth thread or our press and plug valves in different sizes and flow directions. Hydraulically Pilot-Operated Check Valves
Our hydraulically pilot-operated check valves (cartridge design) enable a quick fluid flow with low pressure drop as well as a reliable seal-tightness after the throughflow. With a hydraulic controlled unlocking piston the shut off pressure can be reduced quickly.
The valves can be delivered with or without pressure drop (by request). There are different opening pressures up to 2 bar possible. The maximum working pressure is 200 bar. The screw in valves are available in different sizes. To our hydraulically pilot-operated check valves
Pressure Relief Valves
Our pressure relief valves protect your system from exceeding the maximum allowed pressure. They open when the this maximum allowed pressure is achieved and reduce the system pressure optionally abrupt or throttled down.
Our product range offers you a big variety of different valves with different opening pressures choosable from 5 to 350 bar.
